For parents and guardians only: GuardianNest is designed EXCLUSIVELY for parents and guardians. We do not collect personal information from children. Meaningful consent from a parent or guardian is required for any data relating to minors.

Who may use it?

GuardianNest is for parents and legal guardians (18 and older). Minors may not use it without parental consent.

No data collection from children

We do not collect, process, or store personal data from children under 18. All family data (including children’s) is stored only on the parent’s device, encrypted locally.

Parents are in control

All safe zones, location alerts and family data are controlled by the parent. Parents can delete data anytime from app settings.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share family information with third parties. No advertising networks. No analytics tracking the family.

Family agreement

We encourage parents to discuss the use of GuardianNest with their children. Transparency in the family is the foundation of trust.

PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25

PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 require the highest level of protection for children’s data. We follow all their requirements and UNICEF best practices for child online safety.
