The Forge guide

1. What is The Forge?

The Forge is the gathering place for every Future @I Canada tester, developer and user. A bilingual space (EN/FR) to talk about Future Health AI, GuardianNest and GigApp.

Here you can:

• Report bugs
• Request new features
• Discuss with other testers
• Read release notes
• Climb ranks and earn rewards

2. How to Report a Bug

1. Click ‘Post a thread’
2. Select ‘Bug Report’ category
3. Pick the affected app (Future Health AI, GuardianNest or GigApp)
4. Title: what happened, in one line
5. Body: steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior
6. Include device model and Android version
7. Attach screenshots if possible

3. How to Attach Files

• Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, MP4 (max 10 MB)
• Mask any personal info (name, address, phone)
• Health-data screenshots are at your discretion before posting
• Paste crash logs in the ‘Logs’ field (text)

Attached files are encrypted with AES-256 and deleted 90 days after the thread is resolved.

4. How to Request a Feature

1. ‘Post a thread’ → ‘Feature Request’ category
2. Start with the problem you want to solve (why it’s needed)
3. Propose a solution
4. Get likes from other testers — most-voted requests are prioritized

5. How to Earn Ranks

The Forge has four ranks inspired by the smithing trade:

How to earn XP:

• Confirmed bug report: +50 XP
• Feature request marked FORGED: +100 XP
• Accepted reply: +10 XP
• Likes received: +5 XP each

6. Tester Rewards Program

• Smith: early access to new features
• Master Smith: invitation to the monthly developer Zoom meeting
• Architect: lifetime access to premium features + Future @I merch (T-shirts, etc.)

Rank-up notifications are sent to your registered email.

7. How to Reset Your Password

3. Click the link in the email (valid for 15 minutes)
4. Set a new password (min 12 chars with upper/lower case, numbers, symbols)

8. Community Rules

1. Be respectful. Lively debate, no personal attacks.
2. Stick to facts. Especially for health topics — cite reliable sources.
3. No personal data. Yours or anyone else’s.
4. No spam. Promotions, off-topic links, repeat posts get removed.
5. Medical emergency: call 911. This community is not a medical service.

Violations follow this path: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban.
