IMPORTANT: Future Health AI is NOT a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical decisions. All health data is stored locally on your device — we never access it.

1. Personal information we collect

None. All Future Health AI data is stored only on your device. No cloud uploads, no third-party analytics.

2. Encryption

AES-256-GCM encryption in local storage. Apps without OS-level permission cannot read it.

3. Our server does not receive your data

The Future Mainframe (FM) used by the app handles only app updates, version checks, and support tickets you submit. No automatic data collection.

4. Your rights (PIPEDA & Law 25)

Under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction of processing. Because we hold no data, you exercise these directly in the app or by uninstalling.
